Villamartin is the name of both an urbanization and golf course in the Costa Blanca area. It is a new development and is consider to be a very prestigious residential area.

Its residents are from all over Europe, and this has transformed a small village into a modern town with an international flare. You have international schools, great medical facilities and all other amenities nearby.

Villamartin has two championship golf courses; Campo de Golf Villamartin, which was home to the 1994 Mediterranean Open, and Campo de Golf Las Ramblas.
The little town has the feel of a charming Mediterranean village and offers all the modern amenities such as shops, banks, restaurants, bars, fitness facilities etc., as well as white sandy beaches that are never too crowded.

The plaza in the center of town is surrounded by palm trees which has become home to a small group of African Ring Neck Parrots. These parrots have achieved a celebrity status with the tourists, and are a very charming addition to this area.

Orihuela Costa

Orihuela Costa is a coastal region on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante, but near the border to Murcia, where you have La Manga and the beautiful Mar Menor.

Despite its name, it is actually more than 20 km from the center of Orihuela, and the region covers several seaside resorts such as Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Villamartin, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.
