Torre de la Horadada is a very charming little coastal town that is easily recognizable by its ancient watchtower, which was built as part of the coastal communication system to warn of impending attacks by pirates. Luckily the pirates are long gone and have been replaces by friendly people seeking the good life in the sun.
It has a large village square, several pristine white sandy beaches, a picturesque Marina and a lively promenade – all the ingredients you need for the perfect Spanish destination.
There are many restaurants and tapas bars where you can try some traditional dishes made from fresh fruit and vegetables from the region, not to mention the fantastic seafood.
Nearby you have the famous mud baths of Lo Pagan, where you can pamper yourself with a massage on the beach or enjoy a day at one of the amazing spas. Once your batteries are charged you are ready to explore the wide variety of leisure, entertainment and water activities the area has to offer.
