When you get up to the apartment, there is a nice glassed in balcony with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sun or chilly evenings.

El Eden is a very cozy urbanization right outside Guardamar del Segura. It is a well established residential area with a beautiful community pool and well kept common areas. In the neighborhood you have a few restaurants/pubs, and Guardamar is only a 5 minute drive away – or a 15 minute walk if you are feeling sporty.

This area is a very popular area because of its excellent location – both its proximity to the town and beaches of Guardamar and at the same time its quiet natural surroundings, with lots of nature tracks for walking and cycling.
