Welcome to this lovely home, where things are laid out for you to enjoy long days under the Spanish sun.

A big saltwater pool and a spacious outdoor area makes it easy to spend time with the ones you love. Outside there’s a big private pool and a spacious area great for social gatherings.

In addition to areas around the pool for placing sunbeds, part of the outdoor area is covered by a roof where you have an outdoor grill, a small fridge and an area for dining and wining. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner parties, BBQ’s and for when you just need a break from the sun.

The area by the main entrance has a lovely atmosphere created by a lemon tree and other plants that help you feel at home. There’s also a small shed that can be used for storage. There’s also space on the lot for parking a car.

On the main floor you have the entrance, a living room with a dining area and an open solution towards a big kitchen. You also have a bathroom and a big bedroom with balcony doors that opens up towards the pool area.

On the first floor there’s a bathroom and 3 bedrooms, all with their own balcony.

The house is located in a calm neighborhood, only a 5 minute walk from the norwegian school and a supermarked, and 10 minutes walking from the center of Quesada.

Benijofar

Benijofar is a “hidden pearl” amongst the orange fields only a few kilometers inland from Guardamar del Segura. It is on one hand a charming and very typical little Spanish town but it has also embraced each and every newcomer making it quite an international melting pot.

Benijofar has its church and plaza surrounded by cafés and restaurants, there are banks, shops, grocery stores and a butcher, schools and a medical center, a library, several parks and buss service to larger town such as Almoradi, Guardamar and Torrevieja.

Benijofar is the perfect choice for those who want to be close to the beach towns, but far enough to be able to enjoy the quiet life in a Spanish pueblo. It is also excelent for those looking to spend more time here, since it has a lively community all year around, with many events and happenings.

The town itself has kept a lot of its old architectural style, and you find little cobblestone streets with the typical pueblo houses. In the surroundings of Benijofar you also have several new developments, with modern contemporary designs.
