The beautiful little village of San Miguel de Salinas sits on a hill above the pink Laguna de Torrevieja and offers impressive views over the countryside.

It is a lovely inland village with a traditional church square, town hall, tourist office, the Las Cuevas cave houses, a municipal open air swimming pool for use during the summer and a busy street market every Wednesday morning.

There are many little restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from and all other amenities such as banks and shops.

San Miguel is renowned for its many gourmet restaurants, and is close to the area of Rebate, the fantastic Vistabella golf course and the Pedrera reservoir.
