Nice top floor apartment in a small pedestrian street in Eden in front of the community pool.

Charming and light apartment with 2 good size bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other has two twin beds. A bathroom with shower, living, dining room and open kitchen that is equipped with white goods and washing machine. AC/heating in the lounge.

At street level in the entrance there is parking for one car and a large outdoor area with flower beds. A staircase goes up to the apartment and first to a conservatory which is great for chilly winter days. Under the stairs there is a storage room in aluminum with ventilation for bicycles, outdoor furniture etc.

From the kitchen there is a door accessing a small laundry room with a basin and stairs going up to the solarium. The solarium is very nice and large and has a nice awning/roof over the sitting/dining area. There is a small room up there that can be used as a small bedroom or storage room. El Eden

El Eden is a very cozy urbanization right outside Guardamar del Segura. It is a well established residential area with a beautiful community pool and well kept common areas.

In the neighborhood you have a few restaurants/pubs, and Guardamar is only a 5 minute drive away – or a 15 minute walk if you are feeling sporty.

This area is a very popular area because of its excellent location – both its proximity to the town and beaches of Guardamar and at the same time its quiet natural surroundings, with lots of nature tracks for walking and cycling.

Guardamar del Segura

Guardamar del Segura is a charming little coastal town located between Santa Pola and Torrevieja, approximately 30 minutes south of the International Airport of Alicante.

Here you will find some of the most beautiful beaches Spain has to offer, as well as the sand dunes and pine forest that gives this town its unique character.

Guardamar offers all the charm you would expect from a Spanish costal town, but at the same time it has many modern and cosmopolitan places to eat, drink, and shop. It is a town that never sleeps and is lively all year around with many fiestas and cultural events.

It has all the amenities one would need, such as banks, hotels, telecommunication, a large bus station for easy transport links etc., and every Wednesday you have the very popular street market that is the life of the town.

In the center of town you have the large Reina Sofia Park, with a pond full of turtles, ducks, and peacocks, and several playgrounds for the children.
