The three-bedroom villas have one bedroom on the ground floor and a bathroom, and two bedrooms on the first floor. If you choose a villa with 2 bedrooms, both bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the first floor and you then get a larger living area on the ground floor. On the ground floor, you then have the choice between having another full bathroom or just a guest toilet with a sink. It is a luxurious kitchen that comes complete with all cupboards, hob, cooker and a designer kitchen fan. The bathrooms come complete with tiles, shower and toilet.

There is a large open living room with large sliding doors out to the garden with a pool, in the pool you have the option of choosing the color of the tiles. In the garden there is space to park the car under a pergola, the garden also comes complete with tiles and artificial grass. It is also possible to have an electric gate for the car if desired.

Pilar de la Horadada

Pilar de la Horadada is a beautiful and charming coastal town located approximately 25 minutes drive north of Murcia San Javier airport and about 45 minute drive from Alicante airport.

It is located on a wonderful stretch of white sandy beaches and clear waters, and the town is surrounded by orchards and citrus groves.

The centre of Pilar de la Horadada is a shopper’s paradise with many nice boutiques, pastry shops, banks and restaurants along the main Calle Mayor.

This whole area is a golfers paradise with three fabulous golf courses within ten minutes drive.

The beaches and promenades of Mil Palmeras, Rincon and Puerto are very popular for sailing and water sports, and really come to life on hot summer nights with an array of bars and clubs.
