Bright and spacious apartment overlooking the Segura river in Guardamar.

The house is on the second floor, but there is a lift in the building. There is a large beautiful terrace overlooking the river where you can sit and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The whole apartment is painted in light colors and has large windows in all rooms, this makes it consistently light and airy.

The home consists of two bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobes and both have direct access to the terrace. It is a modern and large bathroom. The kitchen has a large opening to the living room which has sliding doors, and a glass door that goes straight out to the terrace. Next to the kitchen there is also a separate laundry room with plenty of space for a washing machine and other storage. There is also an A/C system via ducts in the ceiling.

There is a large communal swimming pool and playground for the children, and also a separate parking space and private storage room.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area with beautiful nature, with about 10 minutes to walk down to the port of Guardamar, with all its water activities, where you can both windsurf and rent a jet ski for the day. There is also a great restaurant where you can enjoy life from morning to night.

It is also only a 10-minute walk into the town center where there is a bustling life all year round, Guardamar is known for its beautiful white sandy beaches.

Guardamar del Segura

Our office and headquarters are in the charming little coastal town of Guardamar del Segura, which is located between Santa Pola and Torrevieja, approximately a 30 minute drive from the International Airport of Alicante.

Here you will find some of the most beautiful beaches Spain has to offer, as well as the sand dunes and pine forest that gives this town its unique character.

Guardamar offers all the charm you would expect from a Spanish costal town, but at the same time it has many modern and cosmopolitan places to eat, drink, and shop. It is a town that never sleeps and is lively all year around with many fiestas and cultural events.

It has all the amenities one would need, such as banks, hotels, telecommunication, a large bus station for easy transport links etc., and every Wednesday you have the very popular street market that is the life of the town.

In the center of town you have the beautiful Reina Sofia park, with a large pond with ducks, turtle and even peacocks, we well as several playgrounds for the children.

From March until October, there is a seasonal amusement park set up just below the Reina Sofia park, as well as a night market full of all sorts of trinkets and bargains.

The Chollo street closes for cars, and all the restaurants put out their tables and offer lovely tapas, Italian pizza, Chinese noodles or Argentinean steak.

In Guardamar you can find many lovely properties near the center, the marina, the river and all amenities. This is ideal for those who like to be close to everything – both town and beach. Everything is within walking distance, and you can get by very well without a car.

In the surroundings of Guardamar you also have many beautiful urbanizations and residential areas, such as Playa Moncayo, Los Estaños and Eden, and La Marina and La Esquera.
